WELCOME TO Clear to clutter

Meet your Guide – Jess Bevan

Hi I’m Jess, I was diagnosed with ADHD a decade ago and am passionate about supporting other women to live a life they love.

Over the last fifteen years, I have worked alongside a variety of women facing different challenges in life. With a tertiary background in psychology and trauma, I love teaching people how to better understand their behaviour and find ways to get the life they dream of, fast!

I specialise in habit formation, understanding how the brain works and how to leverage that knowledge so it works for you. I also love helping women discover their identity. I’m a mother of two children and offer flexible outside of business hours support times to accommodate women who are working, parenting or both.

My teaching philosophy is simple – learning should be fun, relaxed and focused on building up your existing strengths.

Transform your home in just 5 Days

Join the Clear the Clutter Challenge

Have a home that makes you feel calm, comfortable and in control.

Get real life strategies and practical support to get it done.

Day 1

Let’s get clear on why having a clutter free home is often good for our brains. You’ll learn how to prioritise areas to work on first and how to set an achievable goal for the challenge.

And because we have all set goals before and not reached them, we will explore what your common roadblocks are and make a plan in advance to dodge them.

Frequently asked questions

Q: Will the sessions be recorded?

A: All the training videos will be recorded and sent to people who register. For privacy, Body Doubling sessions are NOT recorded.

Q: Is this really free?

A: 100% absolutely 🙂

Q: I’ll probably sign up and forget to come!

A: I can relate to that! I’ll send out reminder emails, set up Facebook event tags, and do lives to remind you. In the first session, we will set alarms together.

Q: What is Body Doubling?

A: This is when we harness the power of having others around to help us get stuff done. We all get on Zoom and just do our own thing. Having others there can increase motivation and accountability.

Meeting others who have similar struggles can be really validating.

Q: Do I have to come to all the sessions?

A: Not at all. You’ll get better results the more you participate, but you’ll still get something out of  coming along to one, or just doing the workbook.
