WELCOME TO The ADHD goal garden
Meet your Guide – Jess Bevan

Hi I’m Jess, I was diagnosed with ADHD 13 years ago and am passionate about supporting other women to design a life they absolutely love.
Over the last fifteen years, I have worked alongside a variety of women facing different challenges in life. With a tertiary background in psychology and trauma, I love teaching people how to better understand their behaviour and find ways to get the life they dream of, fast!
I specialise in habit formation, understanding how the brain works and leverage that knowledge so it works for you.
My teaching philosophy is simple – learning should be fun, relaxed and focused on building up your existing strengths.
I also love helping women discover their identity. I’m a mother of two children and offer flexible outside of business hours support times to accommodate women who are working, parenting or both.

Frequently asked questions
Q: Will the sessions be recorded?
A: All the videos and resources will be recorded and sent to people who register.
Q: Is this really free?
A: 100% absolutely 🙂
Q: I’ll probably sign up and forget to come!
A: I can relate to that! I’ll send out reminder emails, set up Facebook event tags, and do lives to remind you. In the first session, we will set alarms together.
Q: I tried setting goals before, how is this different?
A: In this challenge, we don’t use cookie cutter goal setting techniques. We explore what’s really important to you, how your brain likes to work, what flexibility is needed in your life and how to make it fun for you.
Q: Do I have to come to all the sessions?
A: Not at all. You’ll get better results the more you participate, but you’ll still get something out of coming along to one, or just doing the workbook.
